While most transactions are completed within 1 to 20 business days, transaction timelines are still unique to each transaction and depend on the steps below. You can estimate the timeline of your transaction below:

1. Account Creation and Verification: Account creation is quick and simple. You simply fill out the required fields on PRUFX Escrow. However, for transactions over $3,000, all users of the transaction will need to complete an individual or company account verification. Once uploaded, your verification documents will take up to one business day for PRUFX escrow service team to review. To view a list of acceptable documents for personal verification or acceptable documents for a company’s verification.
2. Buyer's Payment Method: Buyers may pay for their transactions via wire, credit card, or PayPal. Wire payments are processed within 1 - 5 business days. PayPal and credit card payments are processed within one business day. Payments received during the weekend are processed on the following business day. 
3. Delivery time: Delivery from Seller to Buyer depends on the delivery method, and whether Buyer and Seller are transacting digital goods, physical goods, or services. PRUFX Escrow requires all trackable and tangible merchandise be sent via a shipping method that allows online tracking and insurance.
4. Inspection Period: The Buyers and Sellers select the Inspection Period, which is between 1 - 30 days.
5. Disbursement Method: Sellers can receive funds via domestic or international wire transfer or domestic ACH payments. internal wires and crypto currency payments are generally received within 1 business day, international wires within 3 - 5 business days, and ACH payments are generally received within 3 business days. Sellers receiving disbursements valued in excess of $500,000 USD are required to receive funds via wire transfer or Crypto currency
6. Additional Services: Timelines for Milestone Transactions, Domain Name Holding Transactions, and Vehicle Services Transactions with title or lienholder services may be longer as a result of additional rendered services.

PRUFX holds funds while goods move and services are completed.

PFUFX ensures Sellers are paid when they deliver goods or complete agreed upon services, ensuring Buyers receive a refund if goods are not delivered or services rendered. PRUFX Escrow also vets Buyers and Sellers to ensure fraudulent users are removed.

How Buyers are protected:

• The Seller isn't paid until the Buyer inspects and accepts the merchandise or services or the agreed-upon Inspection Period expires.
• Full or partial refunds can be issued if there is a problem with the goods or services.
• PRUFX verifies delivery of trackable merchandise to the Buyer via online trackable shipping data the Seller provides to PRUFX Escrow services.

How Sellers are protected:

• Sellers receive their funds once they deliver the goods or services, the Buyer accepts the goods or services, or the agreed-upon Inspection Period expires.
• The Seller is notified to ship the merchandise and services once PRUFX Escrow confirms funds have been approved and secured from the Buyer and all anti-fraud regulations have been met.
• If merchandise has been returned, we verify delivery of trackable merchandise to the Seller via a tracking code or as provided by the Buyer.
• The Seller is protected from unexpected chargebacks.

For status updates, you can check your transaction by logging in to your PRUFX Escrow account. Once you are logged in, you can access the My Transactions summary page to view the progress of your active PRUFX Escrow transactions.

1. In the “Search transaction via ID” part, type in the numeric Escrow transaction ID you are looking for; or
2. Look for the Escrow transaction ID (with description and amount) from the list. Click “Load More” at the bottom of the page if you have multiple transactions.

You can use the filter option to search for the transaction type, your role (if Buyer or Seller), and price range. When you find the transaction you're looking for, you can see the Status at the far right side of the screen which means as follows:

• Awaiting agreement - waiting for other party/parties to agree to the terms of the transaction
• Awaiting payment - waiting for the Buyer to select payment method
• Payment processing - Buyer selected payment method or waiting for the funds to arrive; in some cases, parties still need to complete required verifications before we can approve the incoming payment
• Awaiting delivery - funds secured in PRUFX Escrow, waiting for Seller to provide tracking/delivery information for the Buyer; or Buyer rejected merchandise, waiting to return merchandise to the Seller and provide tracking/delivery information
• Delivery - Seller provided tracking/delivery information for the Buyer, waiting for Buyer to start inspection period; or Buyer provided return tracking/delivery information for the Seller
• Inspection - within inspection period (Buyer's or Seller's confirmation of receiving and accepting merchandise or milestones)
• Completed - funds released to Seller or Buyer refunded after Seller's acceptance of returned and rejected merchandise

Prohibited merchandise includes but is not limited to:

• Munitions or firearms
• Gambling
• Timeshare ownership (permissible in some scenarios)
• Real property (real estate is permissible in certain states)
• Currencies (including digital)
• Bulk social media account sales (transactions with stand-alone accounts are permissible)
• Drugs
• Alcohol

In addition, we may, at our sole discretion, refuse to complete any transaction that we have reason to believe is unauthorized or is transacted by someone other than you; may violate any law, rule, or regulation; or if we have reasonable cause not to honor it. PRUFX Escrow releases funds to the Seller when the Buyer accepts products and/or services or after the Inspection Period has expired. A Buyer can accept products and/or services by clicking on the “Accept” button in their PRUFX Escrow account.
